Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting.
- Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, interrogatories, and other litigation documents.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
- Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active matters, track deadlines, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting depositions, including preparation, scheduling, exhibits, and summarization.
- Prior experience in commercial litigation, IP litigation, or related complex litigation matters.
