You'll play a key role in supporting our litigation department while having the flexibility to contribute across other practice areas as needed.Key Responsibilities:Litigation SupportDraft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, depositions, exhibits, and motions under attorney guidanceConduct legal research and summarize legal documents to support case preparationAssist in preparing trial materials and provide support during trial proceedings, including document organization and logistics managementCommunicate with clients to gather information and provide case updatesCase & Office ManagementOrganize and manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendarsManage confidential client files from opening to closingOrganize, enter, and cross-reference documents in case management databasesCoordinate internal meetings, vendor relationships, and general office operationsProvide executive-level support to partners and attorneys across the firmManage confidential client files from opening to closingOrganize, enter, and cross-reference documents in case management databasesCoordinate internal meetings, vendor relationships, and general office operationsProvide executive-level support to partners and attorneys across the firmTeam Management & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor litigation staff over multiple locationsProvide guidance on legal issues and professional developmentFoster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
