Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining room, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and specials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of all food products.
- Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bartending or serving role within fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Experience in the food industry, including catering or banquet experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
