Dunkin Donuts Position Summary!
Greet all guests promptly and courteously with a friendly attitude.
Accurately take and fulfill guest orders, including preparing and serving food and beverages according to brand standards.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity and accuracy.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment.
Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, and equipment.
Replenish food and beverage items and maintain stock levels as needed.
Work as part of a team to meet and exceed store performance goals.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to uniform, attendance, and safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18 if required by local labor laws).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Availability to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
