The Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and provide timely feedback. Our ideal candidate will be a team player and a future leader/manager in the marking, whether it's with Dunkin' or elsewhere!
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- 6 months previous leadership experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
