Job Summary
We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team. Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting management in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, engaging with guests and employees, assuming responsibility for the restaurant as required to provide managerial coverage.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Opening start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)Closing 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)Support the manager in daily operationsExtremely dependable, punctual; Ability to multi-task with minimal supervisionStrong decision-making skillsFocus on 100% Guest SatisfactionEnsure team adheres to all company and brand policies, procedures and standardsAssist manager in training a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crewDeploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilitiesProvide supervision and perform as a member of the crew in food production, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness and organizationAssume assigned management duties as requiredParticipation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machinesRequirements
Must be 18 years of age or olderExtremely dependable, punctualPrevious experience in a similar role; Restaurant, hospitality and / or QSR experience (preferred)Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS functionalityExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to prioritize and delegate tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressureBe positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-taskExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer serviceAbility to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetitive motions and be able to stand for extended periods of timeCompany Information
