- Someone who can provide excellent guest satisfaction, speed of service, and product quality
- Previous experience working in a café or quick service restaurant preferred
- Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Works well in a team environment
- Able to lead a team of crew members and work alongside other shift leaders
