- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory levels, restock ingredients as needed, and monitor expiration dates to minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist with food handling tasks including slicing, assembling ingredients, and packaging sandwiches efficiently for quick service.
- Support team members with bussing tables or cleaning duties during busy periods to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
