Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and swiftly
- Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage food service customer order flow, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to uphold food safety standards
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision
- Support food safety management practices by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong food preparation skills and knowledge of food handling safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or café environments is advantageous
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to sanitation standards
- Food industry experience including food safety management and serving is desirable
