The General Manager carries the responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations according to Dunkin’ standards.

Here’s who we’re looking for:
- Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors
- Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
- Managing overall financial budgeting for their function
- Approving hiring and firing requests within their group
- Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function
- Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
- Interacting with senior management for reporting
- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
- Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports
- Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers
- Knowledge and execution of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin policies and procedures
General Manager Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership…management capacity is preferred.
- Experience with POS management system (both front and back office)
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities and coaching skills including conflict management with a friendly and calm demeanor and is a team player
- Guest Focus- anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Shows loyalty, honesty, integrity and has a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and problems with a sense of urgency
- Empowers others to make decisions and resolve issues
- Build relationships appropriately and use influence to get things done
- Possess adequate computer skills (email, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
