What You’ll Do

Operational Excellence

• Provide exceptional guest service with a smile
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Follow Dunkin’ brand standards, recipes, and procedures
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation

guidelines

• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and welcoming

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Foster a respectful and positive work environment
• Embrace coaching and feedback to grow your skills
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Learn and perform a variety of tasks with confidence

Driving Success

• Execute restaurant standards and support marketing

efforts

• Accurately handle POS transactions and payments
• Prepare and serve products to brand specifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer proficiency
• Comfortable handling cash and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (age restrictions

may apply)

• Must be 18 years or older
