Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Dunkin' crew! As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering the fast, friendly, and quality service that our guests expect every day. Whether you are crafting the perfect cup of coffee or keeping the store running smoothly, you will be an essential part of the Dunkin' experience.
Compensation & Tips
Starting Wage: Base pay of $14.00 per hour.
Tip Program: Tips are pooled and split among all eligible crew members working the shift. Tip earnings are not distributed as cash in person — all cash tips are logged into our system and paid out on your paycheck.
Tip Earning Potential: Based on the collective customer service performance of the crew, tips can increase your effective hourly earnings by up to $5.50 per hour.
How Tips Are Earned: Strong, friendly, and attentive customer service by all crew members directly impacts tip earnings for the entire team.
Schedule & Hours
Part-Time Hours: This is a part-time position, generally ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week.
No Hour Guarantee: Hours are not guaranteed. Scheduling is based on business need and may vary from week to week.
Seasonal Fluctuation: Hours may increase during peak seasons and decrease during slower off-season periods. Flexibility and availability are highly valued.
90-Day Probationary Period
All new Crew Members enter a 90-day probationary period upon hire. During this time, employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. This period allows both parties to evaluate fit, performance, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude and provide prompt, accurate service
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Handle cash and transactions accurately at the register
Work collaboratively with fellow crew members as part of a team
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
Communicate openly with shift supervisors and management
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Must be available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift
Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs (restocking supplies, handling equipment, etc.)
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in varying temperature environments, including near hot equipment and walk-in coolers
Appearance & Uniform Standards
All crew members must report to every shift in a clean, neat, and complete Dunkin' uniform
Uniform must be free of stains, tears, and wrinkles — a professional appearance is expected at all times
Hair must be pulled back or contained; hats/visors must be worn properly as part of the uniform
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required for safety on all shifts
Visible tattoos and piercings must comply with store management guidelines
Personal hygiene standards must be maintained — crew members represent the Dunkin' brand with every guest interaction
