CREW MEMBERS are the foundation of what keeps the store and America running. We are looking to add to our team of positive, energetic employees who are passionate about the Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins Brands and delivering exceptional customer service.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepares food and beverage to company standard
- Knows and understands the menu offerings
- Takes orders at the drive-thru and front counter, and handles payments
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, focusing on product quality and timely service
- Balances accuracy with speed to provide exceptional service
- Organizes and maintains stockroom, refrigerated and pantry areas
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation
- Communicates effectively with managers and co-workers
- Anticipates and understands guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Receives and processes online, phone, and in person orders (including Baskin Robbins cakes)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience working in a quick service or full-service restaurant preferred
- Works well in a team environment
- Guest focused
- Works to resolve problems
- Basic math skills to make changes and reconcile cash register
