Currently seeking to hire all positions from Crew to Managers with Dunkin Experience
Crew Member/Shift Leader- Dunkin'
Crew Member delivers great and friendly guest experiences by preparing Dunkin products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crew Members work as part of a team to meet our guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and serve coffee and sandwiches in accordance with brand standards, recipes, and systems.
- Provide excellent guest service. Resolve guest issues if needed.
- Execute restaurant standards and brand marketing initiatives
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment
- Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Work well and communicate with team members
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, customer service skills
- Great sense of urgency, ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills, ability to count money and make change
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
