As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. 2-9pm Shift
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Handling guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow speed of service standards
- Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests
- Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly
- Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods
