We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated Shift Leader in Training (Manager Trainee) to join our Dunkin’ team in Avon and surrounding areas and move quickly into a Shift Leader / Manager role. .

You’ll gain hands-on leadership training in a fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR) environment while helping run daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a positive team culture.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
You’ll learn the full store operation and begin stepping into leadership responsibilities, including:
Leading shifts and supporting the team during busy periods
Great customer service and resolving issues professionally
Register work and basic cash handling
Training and coaching crew members
Maintaining Dunkin’ standards for cleanliness, food safety, and speed
Supporting opening/closing routines (based on schedule/needs)
Learning scheduling basics, break coverage, and shift execution
