We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented baker and morning sandwich maker to join our overnight crew. You will be the heartbeat of the morning rush, ensuring every donut and pastry is fresh, decorated to standard, and ready before the first customer walks in.
- Finish the full range of donuts, bagels, and pastries following specific brand recipes and decoration standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing equipment, baking trays, and prep areas throughout the shift.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time-management skills to meet morning deadlines.
- Prepare and assemble all hot food items, including breakfast sandwiches and wraps, according to exact build-to-order specifications.
- Ensure food quality by monitoring holding temperatures and freshness of all proteins, eggs, and cheeses.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure order accuracy and resolve any special guest requests.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for the sandwich station, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning smallwares at the end of the shift.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
- Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must submit to a background check
