• Compensation includes an average tip of $5.00 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2026 reporting.

What you’ll do on the closing shift:

• Bring the energy – Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and upbeat service.

• Make the magic – Prepare coffee, Refreshers, and food to Dunkin’ standards (training provided).

• Work smart – Stay organized and keep quality high, especially during busy moments.

• Connect with people – Help customers and teammates throughout the shift.

• Keep it clean – Support end-of-shift cleanup and help maintain a safe, welcoming space.

Who we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.

• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn (no experience needed!).

• Availability for afternoons and weekends (tell us what works for you).

• Ability to work the closing shift from 12:00pm to 6:30pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available for closing shift hours from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Able to work full-time and/or part-time based on store needs
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and a positive team mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while staying organized
• Comfort with learning and following Dunkin’ brand standards for service and quality
• Experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
• Willingness to help with food preparation, making beverages, and keeping stations stocked
• Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness procedures throughout your shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication skills for working with coworkers and serving customers
