Qualifications

• Reliable commute and valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
• Dunkin background is a plus — but not required
• 3 years multi-unit or senior-level restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of coaching, training, and developing leaders
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder — people-first mindset
• Strong business sense with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused with exceptional time management
• Fluent in spoken and written English

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support store operations — manage one location and back up the District Manager across the territory
• Drive consistency with our core values, standards, and mission
• Coach and develop managers and crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee restaurant standards, payroll, budgets, and expense control
• Manage inventory, food cost, and vendor relationships
• Hire, onboard, and grow talent — recruitment strategy and retention champion
• Enforce HR policies and act as a liaison between employees and leadership
• Execute marketing and product placement initiatives to boost sales
