What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service and uphold Dunkin’s high standards
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, labor control, and training
- Foster a positive, team-first culture while holding team members accountable
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance standards
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency
- Support marketing efforts and local promotions to grow sales
