What are the responsibilities and job description for the Year- Round Landscaping & Property Maintenance position at Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts?
Job Responsibilities:
Summer landscaping and lawn maintenance
General property maintenance and upkeep
Winter snow plowing and snow removal
Assisting with seasonal maintenance projects as needed
Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pound pieces of equipment. On and off a truck and or 10 to 20 pound bags of rock salt in the winter.
Being able to stand on your feet and move around for long hours.
Must have reliable transportation.
Pay & Schedule:
$18.00 per hour
40 hours a week
Overtime opportunities during snow events and select busy summer weeks

Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexible and willing to assist with different tasks throughout the year
Experience with landscaping, property maintenance, or snow plowing is a plus
