As a Dunkin' franchisee, we believe our crew is just as important as our coffee and donuts! We're looking for a bright, energetic, and guest-focused Senior Shift Leader to join the fun.

In this role, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand person, helping to coach our Restaurant Team Members, making sure we're hitting all those Dunkin' standards, and keeping our guests happy with fantastic service, every time!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate Team Members throughout your shift.
• Coach Team Members and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Execute Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Handle customer issues and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Support the Store Manager with inventory, vendor orders, and training programs.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability policies are followed.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Strong guest focus and time management skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sister locations within a 30-mile radius of the market.
• Basic math, computer skills, and fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years or older
