- You will be tasked with bridging the gap between the back office, management and the store employees by communicating and implementing company objectives to the store level.
- You will be asked to achieve store performance sales metrics and staffing levels.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Dunkin Donuts experience or fast food experience a must!
- Performance management and decision making abilities
