FAST GROWING DUNKIN ' franchisee Needs YOU!

Our business is a 7-day-a-week operation. We need talent as we grow. Our managers work 50 to 55 hours each week. Generally starting around 6 AM and working until 3 PM six days a week. Availability throughout the day is still important, as hours may vary due to business needs.

YES, YOU CAN GENERALLY BE OFF around 3 PM !!!

Our managers hire, Staff, Schedule, and train their team. Can you fulfill this mission?
You will be responsible for your store at all times. Does that sound like you?
Management positions pay $50,000 , depending on experience and talent.
We need outgoing and customer-focused Leaders. Can you Deliver Guest Happiness?

REQUIREMENTS

• Smile, make eye contact and use a friendly tone with each and every guest
• Energeticly welcome each guest as they enter and warmly thank them as they leave
• Show passion in preparing only high quality food and beverages as ordered
• Show teamwork and always be there to support all team members
• Work at a fast pace to quickly serve our guests who have busy schedules
• Anticipate and understand our guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Keep your restaurant clean by always looking for areas that may need even the slightest attention
• This position may be assigned to any area location within 20 miles of applicant's home based on business needs
• Do you understand our district managers typically start at or before 6 AM?
