JOB DESCRIPTION

Atlantic MSM LLC of Dunkin is looking for an efficient Training Manager who is able train the newly hired managers and assistant managers in our 8 locations.


Responsibilities

  • Learn and Understand the company's culture, operation and strategy

  • Train/Retrain the managers and or assistant managers

  • Complete the serv safe training and guide the managers to obtain the serv safe certifications

  • Track the training with random inspections

  • Waste Elimination Efficiency Improvement (People, Product, Utilities)

  • Weekly Reporting to the Management regarding the training status



REQUIREMENTS
  • Efficient & Clear Communication Skill
  • Willing to Learn, Implement & Follow-up on the Dunkin Brand Standard
  • Efficient in the use of Google Workspace
