REQUIREMENTS

• Smile, make eye contact and use a friendly tone with each and every guest who enters your restaurants
• Energeticly welcome each guest as they enter and warmly thank them as they leave
• Show passion being sure only high quality food and beverages are prepared at your assigned restaurants
• Show teamwork by always being there to support ALL team members in all of your locations
• Work at a fast pace making sure your guests who have busy schedules are served quickly
• Anticipate and understand our guests’ needs and exceed their expectations at each assigned location
• Meet safety and sanitation standards always scoring above 90 % on all audits
• Keep your restaurant clean by always looking for areas that may need even the slightest attention or improvement
• Fill in as needed supporting your locations in emergency situations

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
