REQUIREMENTS
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- 17 years of age and above with some exceptions
- Reliable Transportation
- Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Increase overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
