Duties
- Lead and coordinate the operations of multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business goals, including sales targets and profit margins.
- Supervise managers and staff across all locations, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster growth.
- Oversee financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall customer experience.
- Manage project timelines for new initiatives or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Experience
- Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams across multiple locations or units.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data including profit & loss statements to make informed decisions.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives that increased operational efficiency or sales.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
