Whether you are a morning person, a mid-day multitasker, or a night owl, we have a shift that fits your lifestyle.
Available Shifts
- Morning Crew: Starting at 5:00 AM (Perfect for early birds!)
- Afternoon Crew: Starting at 12:00 PM
- Closing Crew: Starting at 5:00 PM
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a member of our crew, you’ll be the face of our store. Your daily tasks will include:
- Guest Service: Greeting customers with a smile, taking orders accurately at the counter and drive-thru, and processing payments.
- Drink Crafting: Preparing Dunkin’s signature coffees, lattes, teas, and seasonal beverages according to brand standards.
- Sweet Treats: Scooping ice cream, preparing sundaes, and organizing the Baskin Robbins display case.
- Food Prep: Toasting bagels, preparing breakfast sandwiches, and ensuring donuts are stocked and displayed beautifully.
- Store Upkeep: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, stocking supplies, and ensuring the dining area is inviting for guests.
- Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your teammates to ensure fast and accurate service during "rush" periods.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality (especially for those 5:00 AM starts!).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
