What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Assistant Manager position at Dunkin' Donuts?

Afternoon Shift: 1-9 pm
As a Dunkin’ Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks directly relating to the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be directly reporting to the store manager and will assist with things like making cash deposits, conducting interviews, and building maintenance. The primary responsibilities of the Dunkin’ Assistant Manager position include:
- Managing register cash positions and conducting bank deposits
- Putting away truck deliveries and ordering product shipments
- Ensuring all employees are adhering to company food safety standards
- Addressing customer concerns quickly and efficiently
- Working directly with the store manager to meet store sales goals
- Inventory
- Schedules
- Training employees
Must have an active Driver's License & up to date Serv Safe.
We work primarily on our feet, please be work ready.
Must be willing to work weekends & holidays.
