Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food handling stations
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Background in culinary arts or food industry roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during early morning hours
- Experience with cashiering, serving, upselling, and cash handling demonstrates your customer service strengths
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for retail math and cash transactions
- Restaurant or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
