Job Summary

As an Overnight Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming space, preparing quality food and beverages, and ensuring smooth retail transactions during the overnight hours. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every guest while supporting the team behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at the end of your shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation protocols.
• Restock supplies, organize inventory, and ensure the café is tidy for opening or closing operations.
• Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support food industry best practices through effective food preparation, serving techniques, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with barista duties or café environments is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong math skills for retail math, cash handling, and basic calculations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy overnight hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
