Responsibilities:
- Work in and support all team member positions as needed
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team
- Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Promote a strong "Guest First" culture at all times
- Manage inventory and place DCP (Distributor) orders
- Handle cash management including deposits and drawer counts
- Execute and train team on new product rollouts and limited-time offers
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules to meet business needs
- Process and run accurate payroll on time
- Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
