Dunkin' is seeking a strong, self-managed leader to oversee operations, training, accountability, and execution across all restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining brand standards, improving store performance, and ensuring every location operates with consistency, urgency, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and unannounced store audits
- Evaluate food quality, cleanliness, staff performance, and operational consistency
- Identify operational issues and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Support store leadership and reinforce accountability across teams
- Assist with onboarding, staff training, and operational development
- Handle customer service concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage DoorDash, Uber Eats, and chargeback disputes
- Ensure company standards and initiatives are properly executed at every location
- Travel between restaurant locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Restaurant experience is required
- Candidates must also have related experience in operations management, leadership, training, hospitality management, multi-unit oversight, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable holding teams accountable and enforcing standards
- Strong attention to detail and operational execution
- Passion for hospitality, consistency, and customer experience
