REQUIREMENTS
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, speedy service , and quality products
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and food safety standards
- Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- Must have your own transportation, and a Driver's License is a plus.
- Prepare food and beverages as well as assemble and package orders
- You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
