Must be self motivated, with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ENERGETIC, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING and must GENUINELY WANT TO WORK and be able to take on increasing responsibility.
Becoming a crew member with Baskin Robbins ice cream is a great part-time job for college students.
DUTIES:
- Greet customers,
- Serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other desserts & beverages in a timely manner,
- Ring up all purchases accurately and efficiently,
- Restock ice cream and supplies,
- Clean tables, floors, glass and other areas of the Restaurant,
- Show initiative,
- Work together as a team, assisting other Crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service,
- Work under pressure and at a fast pace,
- Show up on time when scheduled,
- Comply with company policies, procedures and rules
- Must be available to work evenings & weekends
