What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Decorator position at Dunkin' / Baskin Robbins?
We are looking for a crew member/cake decorator to work 20 hours a week. This person should be responsible, efficient, and able to reliably produce a high volume of quality cakes that meet Baskin Robbins brand standards WHILE ALSO helping to work the counter and serve customers.
**YOU MUST TRAIN TO WORK THE COUNTER FIRST. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVING CUSTOMERS ICE CREAM AND BEVERAGES IN ADDITION TO DECORATING CAKES.**
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Decorate ice cream cakes
- Fulfill custom cake orders
- Maintain fully stocked cake display
- Track supply inventory
- Use supplies conscientiously
- Maintain Baskin Robbin's high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Prepare and serve customers ice cream and beverages if needed
- Keep the restaurant clean and stocked
- Pay attention to details
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- Work in a team environment
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- *Cake decorating experience REQUIRED
- *Reliable scheduling and attendance is required
*Must be available to work evenings and weekends
