What You’ll Do
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and other baked goods to Dunkin’ standards
- Ensure that all products are fresh, delicious, and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Dunkin’s sanitation and safety guidelines
- Follow recipes and production processes to ensure quality consistency
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Provide a positive, friendly experience for all guests by working collaboratively with team members
