Responsibilities Include:
Restaurant Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a guest-first culture.
- Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Execute company recipes, procedures, and operational systems.
- Implement new product launches, promotions, and team training.
- Monitor guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
- Communicate restaurant goals, priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop restaurant team members.
- Lead by example and provide positive, hands-on leadership.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
- Lead team meetings and recognize outstanding performance.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage labor costs through effective scheduling
- Complete inventory counts and place food and supply orders.
- Control food, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash controls.
- Help achieve sales, profit, and budget goals established by the franchise owner.
- Complete required operational reports and self-assessment
Education/Experience:
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- College Degree preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
