What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Engineer position at Dunhill Staffing Systems?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Engineer with experience in structural analysis for steel component design and construction. Our client provides design and installation of building products from floor to ceiling in a variety of industries, including medical, educational, industrial, and data centers. This role will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of construction materials for structural and non-structural building components.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (with PE license preferred). Candidates should be skilled in structural analysis methodologies for manufacturing using steel and other raw materials. Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations to ensure structural integrity of building materials is required. This role will include preparation of engineering drawings, conducting stress and seismic load calculations, coordination with other project stakeholders including architects, general contractors, and owners, and general project management to see projects from design through installation.
