Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Lead

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only-U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED (due to federal contract requirements)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Lead to support a federal engagement with the Department of Energy (DOE). This is a fully remote role that will focus on delivering robust reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. You will collaborate with functional leads, developers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and demo deliverables.
This is a key role for ensuring accurate and efficient data reporting across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a strong emphasis on HR and Benefits data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and HCM Extracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather reporting requirements
- Design and document reporting solutions, including data mapping and transformation logic
- Develop and maintain data models and data transformation routines
- Support Spreadsheet Loaders (HDLs) and data conversion activities
- Demo reports and outputs to client stakeholders and gather feedback
- Ensure compliance with data governance and federal data security standards
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with:
- BI Publisher
- Oracle HCM Extracts
- Spreadsheet Loaders / HDLs
- Data Mapping & Data Transformation
- Data Modeling
- Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Strong domain expertise in HR and Benefits
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience supporting federal government clients
- Familiarity with HCM Cloud implementation lifecycles
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and demos
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
