THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX
Our client is a well-established federal contractor annually recognized as a top place to work! They have a new program supporting a large telecom provider and are seeking Data Entry / Order Entry Specialists to join their team! Any experience in provisioning in a Telecommunications environment is a plus!!
Responsible for seamless order intake, validation, and processing to enable successful provisioning and billing orders to complete customer orders as a unit of work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and seek assistance when required to ensure a high level of quality of orders being entered.
Process new and transition orders for Federal agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal regulationsUtilize intake methods such as email, Ebond (Conexus, ETEMs), and Business Center to manage order requests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing from intake to billing, including review of order provisioning and billing setup in the system.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EIS products, process flows, and service level agreements (SLAs).Support operational dashboards for order visibility and forecasting to improve predictability and control.Ensure all network hardware, core network configurations, and software requirements are accurately captured and assigned.Support Services shall be executed in compliance with processing and program guidelines published by Customer.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1-2 years of related experience with a focus on order intake and management and/or experience with data entry. Experience within federal government context a plus.Candidates must be willing to work on-site in San Antonio facility 3 days/week
