Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Demonstrate high-end used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer preferences and budget considerations
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with dealership goals
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Manage inventory effectively by coordinating with the sales support team and utilizing CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies for retail and B2B (business-to-business) sales channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales, specifically in used vehicle markets or dealership environments
- Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and inventory control
- Experience in B2B sales, public speaking, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies is highly desirable
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and efficiently for deal structuring and pricing strategies
