We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experienced BDC (Business Development Center) Specialist focused on Used Car sales to join our energetic team. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline for used cars through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, in person, or online to understand their needs and present tailored vehicle options.
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals, upsell additional services or accessories, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress meticulously.
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the sales team to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting high-end used cars and special offers to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, especially within a dealership environment focusing on used cars.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory control systems is essential.
- Demonstrated success in retail or outbound sales roles with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as inventory management, retail math, and marketing strategies.
