As a Cart/Range Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our golfers. From maintaining the golf carts and range equipment to providing excellent service on the driving range, your role ensures that our members and guests have everything they need for an enjoyable day on the course.

Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: CART/RANGE ATTENDANT

As a Cart/Range Attendant, you will be responsible for making sure every golfer's experience is seamless, from their first swing to their last. You'll be working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to a memorable golf experience for every member and guest. Your attention to detail, enthusiasm for the game of golf, and commitment to excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role. Your role will include:

• Golf Cart Maintenance & Set-Up: Ensure carts are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and assist golfers with cart rentals as they arrive.

• Range Maintenance: Ensure the driving range is set up and ready for use with proper ball placement and equipment.

• Customer Service: Greet members and guests with a friendly, helpful attitude, offering assistance when needed, whether it's explaining range etiquette or giving information about the course.

• Cleaning & Organization: Regularly clean and maintain golf carts and other equipment, ensuring everything is in top condition.

• Monitor Range Usage: Ensure the range is fully stocked with balls, help guests with their practice sessions, and provide excellent service to golfers using the driving range.

• Assist Golfers: Support golfers with their needs throughout their visit to the range, providing an exceptional level of customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Golf: A love for the game of golf and an understanding of golf course etiquette is a plus.

• Customer Service Focus: Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/move golf equipment as needed.

• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic with attention to detail and punctuality.

• Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
