What you'll be doing

- Take pride in ensuring the store always looks visually excellent, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across all areas.
- Deliver a customer-first approach at all times, ensuring displays are easy to shop, inspiring, and support a seamless customer journey.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for detail, ensuring all visual standards, signage, and product placement are accurate, consistent, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the delivery of visual merchandising plans by setting up and maintaining displays that are full, impactful, and commercially effective.
- Proactively identify and resolve any visual or stock presentation issues to keep the shop floor looking its best throughout the day.
- Ensure ease of shop for customers by driving on-shelf availability (OSA), as well as having all stock worked onto the shop floor in line with department merchandising standards.
- Ensure that our store always looks fresh, inviting, and representative of our brand for every customer who visits.
- Maximise in-store sales by supporting strong availability and well-presented stock, working closely with the wider store team.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to ensure all key lines, feature spaces, and promotional activity are set up to a high standard.
- You’ll be a flexible individual able to work across weekends and evenings.
- You’ll be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude, taking pride in your work and consistently delivering high standards across the shop floor.
- You’ll have strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining an excellent in-store experience for our customers.
