Candidate must possess knowledge in lawn care service, equipment maintenance and repair. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and eager to learn individuals with leadership qualities and ability to execute field production tasks. WHAT WE NEED OUT OF YOU:

* 1 year of previous Lawn care experience

*Keen eye for extraordinary detail, to see the entire project through completion

*Excellent customer service skills

*Ability to follow direction throughout entirety of a project at any given time.

*Current driver’s license / clean driving record

*Must be reliable, honest and go above and beyond when situation warrants

*Physically capable, ability to work in fast paced, hands on environment

*Ability to operate commercial vehicles, larger mechanical equipment and pulling trailers.

*Snow plowing and salting experience a plus
