Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of event budgets related to sponsorship activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI

- Upsell additional sponsorship opportunities by identifying new avenues for partnership expansion
- Lead team efforts in executing sponsor-related logistics, ensuring high-quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of sponsorship activities, contracts, and communications for transparency and future planning
Requirements
- Proven experience in sponsorship management, event marketing, or similar
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms while fostering long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with sponsors, vendors, and internal team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Experience managing event budgets, contracts, catering arrangements, and banquet or restaurant operations preferred
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies
- Strong organizational skills combined with leadership qualities to guide team efforts effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
