Role Overview


We are seeking a results-driven Regional Channel Account Manager to lead pipeline generation and expand our channel partner ecosystem across the Eastern U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Channel Partnerships, you will lead NA East channel development with support from our Marketing and Solutions Engineering teams.


This role focuses on strengthening and expanding our network of national and regional VARs, with targeted engagement in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. You’ll play a key role in developing Dune's Partner Program in this high-priority territory.


The ideal candidate will be based in New York City or Philadelphia, and will operate across the entire region to accelerate sales and support partner success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Focus on generating pipeline and driving revenue growth across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to map accounts, align prospects with partners, and influence pipeline to drive successful deal closure.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key national and regional VARs, ensuring partner sales and engineering arms are well-equipped to sell and support Dune Security’s solutions through sales enablement, training, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and track partner activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM, as well as deal registration in PRM.
  • Own partner performance across all three subregions: Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast, ensuring balanced engagement, revenue contribution, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on channel strategy, contribute feedback from the field, and support the evolution of Dune’s partner go-to-market approach in the East.
  • Travel as needed to meet with channel partners and prospective/current customers.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 6 years in cybersecurity channel sales, in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or a high-trust, complex sales environment.
  • Strong working relationships with VARs across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale pipeline and revenue through channel partners, especially in areas like IAM, Security Awareness Training, or User Risk Management.
  • Track record of cross-functional success with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive joint business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the territory for partner meetings, events, and field execution.


Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and use of structured sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC.
  • Creative thinking related to pipeline generation activities.
  • Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity evaluation and procurement processes.

Additional Details

  • Location: New York City or Philadelphia preferred. Candidates should be willing to commute to the NYC HQ on an occasional basis to collaborate with the team.
