Role Overview: We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive at Dune Security, to be on the front lines of our growth, owning the pursuit of new enterprise customers and accelerating adoption of our User Adaptive Risk Management platform. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you will lead complex sales and be supported by our Marketing, Growth, and Channel teams. You will work closely with our Solutions Engineering team to lead product evaluations and proof of concepts that drive successful outcomes. This is a U.S.-based role that requires regular travel for customer and partner engagements. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for new enterprise accounts, from initial outreach through signed contracts
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to lead technical discovery, product evaluations, and successful proof of concepts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to drive pipeline through targeted campaigns and strategies
  • Engage prospects through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel partner collaboration
  • Develop and manage relationships with resellers, VARs, and other channel partners to support new business
  • Navigate procurement, compliance, and legal processes in large, complex organizations
  • Deliver strong forecasting, pipeline management, and account strategy updates to the leadership team
  • Travel as needed to meet with prospective customers, partners, and attend key industry events


Qualifications

Required

  • 5 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or a high-trust, complex sales environment
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing new business with large enterprise clients
  • Experience working closely with Solutions Engineering or technical sales support teams
  • Familiarity with leading product evaluations and proof of concept processes
  • Strong communication and executive selling skills with both business and technical audiences
  • U.S.-based, with the ability to travel for in-person meetings and events
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Background in cybersecurity, especially in user risk, GRC, compliance, or security awareness
  • Experience selling into highly regulated or risk-sensitive industries such as finance, healthcare, or energy
  • Success working with channel partners or indirect sales models
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and use of structured sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC
  • Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity evaluation and procurement processes

  • Location: NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our TriBeca, Manhattan office.
  • Hours: Full-time.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with generous and aggressive incentive compensation package, competitive equity package, and excellent benefits package.
